In view of the strong demand of the wind farm operators, the HQ organized "2016 the Second Wind Gearbox Operation and Maintenance Knowledge Training" in April 2016 to better serve the post-market of wind power operation and maintenance. The training aimed to provide basic operational and maintenance knowledge of the gearboxes to operation and maintenance teams and help wind farm owners improve their operation and maintenance teams. In addition, the training hoped to build a professional platform of gearbox operation and maintenance for each major wind turbine operator.

With training, each major company had a better understanding of the HQ's operation and maintenance services, technology R&D, and ability to innovate. We believe that taking training as an opportunity, and the HQ works together with each wind turbine manufacture and operator to gradually set up a multi-level communication platform to jointly improve the service quality of wind power technologies and the efficiency of wind farm operations, promoting the healthy and stable development of the wind power industry.
