Five or six years ago, China's wind power industry began large-scale wind turbine installations. Many owners have wind turbines whose warranty period will soon expire, and the Chinese market needs to learn from what mature wind power markets have experienced and provide good early-stage preparations for the operation and maintenance of out of warranty wind turbines.
